Making a Difference: Case studies in Community Care in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven using Results Based Accountability. In 2007 the Illawarra Forum worked with local Community Care organisations in a planning exercise using the Mark Friedman Results Based Accountability (RBA) model. During these consultations participants contributed some case studies as examples of innovative, creative strategies that are working, at an organisational or agency level, to achieve results for their particular service users.
